The Moscow Art Gallery «IZO Art Gallery» / Gallery of Fine Arts presented an exhibition of the artist Stanislav Ilin. This is an important exchange between different schools of painting, Moscow and Saint-Petersburg.

"Dreams and Raveries" is an exhibition about the different brink of a woman: the Eve, Mothers, contemporary Madonna with «to do» list. Only women have such eyes, the flexibility body and beauty lines. The artist tried to impress it on canvases. The works of Stanislav Ilin also have good postmodern sense of humor and ironical citation.The exposition successfully crowned sculptures of Maxim Aksenov. His works from a series "High Heels" are long research on the topic of contemporary woman. 10 April opened an new exhibition of Stanislav  Iliin's in Paris, but he chose stay at St. Petersburg.

An unusual show theater fight was at the A. Bryantsev Youth Theatre (also spelled State Theater For Young Audience Named After A. A. Bryantsev or Bryantsev Young Viewers Theater).

New exibition «Eleven» was opened in the KGallery.

The legendary group «Eleven» formed in the late 60s in Leningrad and every artist suffered by the years of world war. The paintings were no exhibited 40 years and most and are kept in the private collections.

President of fashion week «DEFILE NA NEVE ST.PETERSBURG» Irina Ashkinadze introduced a new colouring book «Magic Fashion» for children in the Central House of Books. Many fashion designers from Saint-Petersburg created 20 sketches for the topic "Dress for Princess». Founder and an artistic director of Theatre «Saturday» Yuri Smirnov-Nesvitsky celebrated his 80th anniversary. He did it without pathos and prepared a concert  on basis of new premiere.

The history of Theatre «Saturday» began in the early '80s.  Today "Saturday" is a certified professional theater with personal history and concept. Yuri Smirnov-Nesvitsky is a very energetic person and full of creative ideas. Don’t forget to visit perfmances by talented Yuri Smirnov-Nesvitsky!

New exhibition of Boris Nikolaev «City ​​of mists and dreams» was opened in the gallery’s blue drawing room in the Artists Union. Boris Nikolaev  is one of postwar years well-known artists and  belong to the Leningrad School of Paiting. The exhibition presented famous paintings with the St. Petersburg landscapes. 

Exhibition-project « Women , love the poets! »

From March 2 till 4 April, 2012 a unique exhibition of outstanding expressionist Aron Zinshtein is going to be held at the gallery of art-hotel «Rachmaninov». The exposition is devoted to spring, love and poetry. For a few years the artist created a gallery of portraits of the most interesting people. They are friends of the artist and also talented poets and muses of our city. All of them are the most successful, beautiful and creative women.

New exibition «Children’s games with reality» was opened in the photogallery “Rachmaninov garden” on 3 March 2012.

In every child’s life a moment comes when the serenity and joy of childhood which seems  endless, is  intruded  by the  problems, worries, and not always positive experiences of the adult reality. Child  seeks to learn how  to live with these new thoughts and emotions. Every child  get his  own experience, but everyone is  united by sincerity and spontaneity of perception of the reality. Child’s mimicry, the expression of his eyes can show more than words. Children’s portraits of Julia Kurbatova – an exquisite visual research of the state of the inner world of child when he lives still playing, but the rules of the game are already starting to be dictated by the  adult reality.«Children’s games with reality»  is the first personal exhibition of Julia Kurbatova.

New exhibition « The Kingdom of Nature. Time of muses » was opened in gallery “Glass – Rosvuddesign”. The curator is the national Russian actress – Svetlana Kruchkova.  The works of  young French artist – Mina Smoke or well-known name – Sherifa Wexler are presented at the exhibition.Her works are inspired by fairy tales, novels and nature. Her style can called «illustrative painting».

Andrey Jakovlev’s exhibition «Our Pavshino. Seasons» was opened in the gallery’s blue drawing room in the Artists Union. He is one of postwar years well-known artists and  belong to the Leningrad School of Paiting. His works are considered as socialist realism and kept in fifty famous museums of the world.This exhibition is a major event for the artist – the 50th anniversary of his introduction into the Artists Union.Colleagues noted that this exposition opened a new side of the artist’s talent.

New exposition of Armenian painter Ashot Khachatran «Poetry of color and light» was opened in the exhibition hall Manege on the Saint Isaac’s Square. This contemporary painting shows crative reaches of artist for 30 years.Many painters from Ukraine, Bashkiria, Netherlands,Holland and Lithuania arrived on the opening of  this exhibition and the Art Forum «Winter unsleepiness». All of them are Ashot’s friends, with whom he acquainted last summer in the open air in Lithuania. They paid attention, that these paintings are solar and full of good energy.

An international art-forum “Winter unsleepiness» organized  an art-breakfast . Many artists from different countries lived  a whole week in the center of Saint-Petersburg and after that they expressed their  emotions on the canvases. Moreover, photographers took a part in the competition for the best psychological portrait of the artist at the work. An incredible energy of creativity predominance  this day in the photo gallery «Rachmaninov garden».
