A concert dedicated to Sergei Rachmaninov

On March 18 at 19.00 at the White Hall of the Theater “Zazerkalie” (Rubinstein str.13) a concert “Rachmaninov 145/75” dedicated to Sergei Rachmaninov will be held. This year marks the 145th anniversary of his birth and 75 years since the day of his death.

The concert will feature the most famous romances of the composer performed by VOCi ensemble and soloists Anton Andreev and Irina Zholudova (Italy). Also, the attention of listeners will be presented to the second unfinished quartet, recognized as the most virtuosic and complex chamber composition in the musician’s legacy.
